Chalet Elbrus is one of Zermatt's most exceptional private luxury residences, perfectly positioned in the heart of the village. One of seven exclusive residences within the prestigious 7 Heavens development, the chalet enjoys spectacular views across the surrounding alpine landscape. Residents enter through a grand shared reception hall leading to an elegant lobby and stylish central lounge, where guests can relax with a drink from the bar. A state-of-the-art fitness suite, equipped with the latest training equipment, is also available exclusively to guests.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a private entrance where a dedicated ski room provides secure storage for skis and boots. From here, a private lift connects all five levels of this remarkable residence.

Accommodating up to 12 guests across 565m², the chalet combines traditional alpine craftsmanship with contemporary luxury. Rich reclaimed timbers, natural stone and bespoke furnishings create a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere, while the latest integrated technology blends seamlessly with classic chalet design. Facing south-west, the chalet enjoys breathtaking panoramic views, including uninterrupted vistas of the iconic Matterhorn.

The spectacular top floor is dedicated to open-plan living and entertaining. Beneath soaring reclaimed timber ceilings, the elegant living and dining space is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a spacious balcony, framing the magnificent mountain scenery beyond. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen features a pizza oven, perfect for relaxed family dining or entertaining.

Also on the top floor is the chalet's private wellness sanctuary. Complete with a large indoor hot tub and sauna, this tranquil spa offers the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a day on the slopes.

The second floor is home to two beautifully appointed principal bedroom suites, both enjoying stunning south-west-facing mountain views. The master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom, while the second principal bedroom offers an equally elegant en-suite shower room. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television and integrated sound system. Also on this level is a beautifully designed private office, ideal for those needing to work remotely or simply seeking a peaceful place to read and unwind.

The first floor comprises three additional guest bedrooms. Two spacious twin bedrooms each feature two 120cm x 200cm single beds and private en-suite shower rooms. A charming children's bunk room sleeps up to four children and also benefits from its own en-suite shower room.

In addition to the show kitchen on the top floor, the chalet includes a fully equipped professional kitchen where your private chef and chalet staff can prepare exceptional meals throughout your stay.
